After removing the latest Windows 10 "upgrade" I was going through this laptop to see ha changed. I noticed that
CPU-Z was showing a steady +/- the maximum speed for the i5-5200u. There was a bios update 600 to601 without
any information so I installed it as I never checked the speed after the 600 update.

I doubt if speedstep is run in this bios so looking to try a driver. I believe it is the chipset driver, but not sure.

There is only one chipset drive somay be it got corrupted with Win 10 upgrades.

Can anyone point me in the right direction ?

    Thanks
