Asus' eeePC 900 camera app works on my Aspire One

    Hi guys! My first post here and a proud new user of AOA150. (glad I sold my eeePC 900 hehehe)

    Just wanted to share this Windows XP app pulled from asus' eeePC 900 support site that works well with my Aspire one. Its a tiny app called "ECap" used for capturing images and videos. Turns out our built in cam can shoot 1080 x 1024 pixels. Does this mean that our cam boasts 1.3 megapixels?

    I get the error "cannot set output file" and then it opens the folder my doc\my videos.

    Shame because I was hoping it would support the mic so I could use it for youtube videos, would be perfect and only 500kb in size.

    Any ideas?

    I have no idea why that happened to you. Never happened to me. The app does support the mic when capturing videos.
