    Hello!

After Updating RAM i'm having a strange Display Problem.
As you can see from the attached picture PostScreen and Bios Resolution is only 800x480.

Has anybody an idea what's going wrong here? Do I have forgotten something after reassembling?

    Please help me!

    Thanks Elbman

what i have done so far:

I checked all cables and connectors again
    I reflashed Bios 3310 with "flashit /all /c"
I flashed an oder Bios (3114 i guess)
I tried just booting without the Memory extension.
    I checked Memery with memtest86+
    ...

    no success!

I think it must have to do something with Video (vgabios?)
Or is it an hardware fault?

    where are the experts? ;)

    thx elbman

    They're hiding
If you're using Linpus, you might want to look at /etc/X11/xorg.conf to see if it's messed up.

    Problem solved!
Check the display connector on the motherboard again.
For me, the cable was plugged in too deep.
After playing a bit with the cable and connector now everythin works fine
