Aspire 1 - Can't enter password

    Help ! Starts up okay but unable to enter password for either user - no Black dots appear when typing password. When I press F2 on starting up I am taken to set up utility screen but I am unable to navigate around this page with the arrow keys - and is stuck on Information page ?

    Sounds like your keyboard's knackered. Which model AAO do u have? Replacements can be found very cheap on eBay and are relatively easy to install.

    You might consider plugging in a external keyboard (usb) to make sure that is the problem.
