Are all SMT R740 points the same ??? Does it Carry 5v

    Hi My question is are all Points labeled as R740 the same, across all manufacturers ?
    Like when you look at a PCB Board all component areas have names assigned to them.
    I am interested in a R740 SMT spot that has 3 points.
    The Secon question is does a R740 point carry 5v ?

    If yes which point does ?
    If not what other universal SMT points are there that i can read off a mother board that can carry 5v ?
