Hi, has anyone tried the full version of linpus light on an AAO? I have it on another laptop and like it but wonder if anyone has had a go with it on the AAO. Could you let me know if it runs without issue or not.
    ta in advance.

I have just tried the standard (non-acer modified) linpus lite on my netbook. It didn't go well for me, There was no sound, No wireless, No card Reader and Most of the function keys we're messed up. For example if I press FN+MUTE this linpus (lite 9.4) will swap windows (tabbing) and for some reason FN+Swap Monitor(F5) Instantly turns the netbook off.

The truth is, I am a noob with linux. I couldn't be bothered to figure out how to fix these issues, especially when there is very little English documentation for the OS. So I just stuck the acer linpus back onto the 8gb ssd
