Just thought it would be a cool idea, as I don't play games THAT often, but when I wanted to, I'd just bung in a tiny SD card and away I'd go...

The only thing you can't do tho, is play large fast paced newer games. the read speed of SD (Non-HC) are awfully slow and would never work. if its older games, like dos or starcraft, thats fine

Oh, sorry, I meant SDHC cards in the left slot for maximum speed...

Shouldn't be an issue right? Planning on dual booting, with OS X as my main OS, and switching to windows vista on a small 20GB-ish partition when I need windows or just want to play games!

I've installed Warcraft 3, Starcraft, World of Goo, FEAR, and Red Orchestra onto my 16gb SDHC, Class4 SD cards. I've uninstalled Red Orchestra though, simply because the big maps were too much for the AA1 to handle. Others run fine, so I think it's no problem.
