Any general software limitations once unlocked?

    Once I get the ONE into advanced mode are there any general limitations as to what kinds of things I can install?

    Essentally I want to use this for web development. Stuff like Java, php ( not .net obviously ). and maybe some graphics packages like GIMP?

    Do you forsee any issue here that I might have?

    There may be issues with dependencies for some packages. There doesn't seem to be with PHP and The GIMP, but I didn't proceed with the install to test them. There is a version of Java installed, which may cause dependency issues should you need to remove it. In general there are no deliberate limitations on what you can do, but some of Acer's modifications may cause problems if you plan to do more with the AA1 than they intend it to be used for.
