Admin passwd

    Hello,

    i need to recover XP root passwd since i didn't set it i guess it comes from Acer

    so how to get this password

    i have the Acer aspire one 150 XP version

    Hmm.. search google on how to crack NT hash. Put these keywords in google: nthash, linux, boot cd-rom, xp.

    your going to need a usb cdrom drive i believe. if you want to recover the password use the ophcrack live cd. to reset the password use the chntpw boot disk.
