I have an Acer ZG5 netbook I purchased from e-bay recently. The problem is a patch file or some type of file was on the SD drive to boot the netbook up, but is now corrupted. Can someone please direct me to the file that is used on these netbooks for bootup process from the SD card. I have another Acer that doesn't require this SD card patch file, don't understand the configuration, but just want it to work for my daughter please. Operating system is XP home. The netbook just keeps recycling to check disk, it runs through the entire process, then attempts to get to the welcome login screen, but then briefly you see a BSOD screen, then back to check disk.
Also when I try the F2 BIOS feature, it doesn't function, just the F12 feature.
    :(
