    Is there a general Acer discussion forum group which focuses on desktops as well. I need some advice of a Acer Aspire M1100 desktop.

    You can probably get some help here, just post in an appropriate section. These forums are primarily for the Aspire One series of netbooks. But if you post in the "Off Topic" section you might still get some help.
