Acer Crystal Eye Webcam

    Hey guys,

    I'm not sure why my crystal eye webcam broke but sometimes, I would see the icon in the My Computer window and when I double click on the icon, it fails to give me a preview. I tried installing the drivers but everytime i do, it says i need to plug in the webcam usb but the webcam is internal already!! Any ideas?

    cool, looked like the drivers installed but i can't find the icon needed to initialize the webcam. I checked under My Computer but i couldn't find the icon.

    Here's the error i get

    "Creation of the video preview failed. Please check the device connection and make sure that the device is not being used by another application or user"
