Acer Aspire v3-551 Fire / Melted

    Had the laptop for 4 months before bb sent it out for repair due to a dead main board. Now while sitting on a hardwood desktop charging up the battery, I walk away for a bit only to notice the smell of hot plastic. I picked up the latptop to remove the battery and unplug it and my finger melted into the vent side of the laptop, it was HOT. :mad: now to try and see what can be done about it........

    Return the laptop where it was repaired. You should have a warranty of the motherboard.
