Acer Aspire One ZG5;Screen lights up but there's no cursor.

    I had to take my netbook apart to get a screw that had fallen into it. The screw was all the way through the plastic and slipped inside.After I removed the screw, I realized there was a battery,and broken mount.I put the netbook back together but, when I turned it on I got a black screen without a cursor, the screen eventually turned light and dark blue in the center with dark edge's on both sides and a black stripe near the center. It was working fine when I last had it up and running. I plugged it into another monitor and it worked just fine. Please help me I'm a new user without any knowledge. THANK YOUL
