Acer Aspire One Webcam Issue (Linux)

    Hi

    My daughter has not been able to user the webcam on the acer aspire one. When she clicks on it it comes up with:

    No Supported video capture device found

    I phoned the "help" desk and they told me it was because she hadn't done the live update - she has done this a multitude of times and it changes nothing.

    Please, please can someoe help?
