My Netbook has just gone back to Acer due to a fault developing in the top left hand corner of the screen - it looks like a crack in the screen but when the unit is switched off you can see there is no physical damage. They are wanting to charge me £95 as they say it must be user damage - however all that happened was the lid was shut when it had finished being used, and then it was opened again the next evening. Their argument is that the only way that the fault can happen is due to too much pressure being put on it - anyone else had a similar experience.
