acer aspire one A0751h please help

i was wondering if anybody could help me please.i have an acer aspire one and a few days ago the card reader stopped working.every time i try to access the internet through acer 3g connection manager it goes through the steps of connecting entering pin and when i go to connect it comes up error 0x84000011.I have tried everything i even sent a text message to the sim.it receives the text so its not the sim.

i am on windows 7 ultimate and have contacted my service provider meteor.ie with no luck.
