Just got a neat little Yamaha bookshelf stereo that sounds great in the bedroom, and I'd like to play the AA1 (mp3s and Pandora) through it. It would connect from the Acer 3.5mm headphone output jack into the Yamaha 3.5mm input jack (the Yamaha has "AUX" input and output jacks - the AUX output works well with headphones so I'm assuming the AUX input will play from a headphone jack output).

This is a first for me, but is it only as simple as getting a $5 male/male 3.5mm cord and plugging it in? There seems to be a lot of information about mp3 players to cars on google, but not much about this. Anyone familiar with this sort of hookup? (The receiver does not have RCA jacks.) Thanks for any advice.
