They don't have this model on their website as of yet, try giving them this sku# 8967335 to look up in the system and see if they get a hit. My local BB had no idea what laptop i was referring to, but once they checked that sku# in the system, they found out they had 4 in stock. It kind of sucks they didnt have a display model for me to check it out before i decide to buy it tomorrow morning.

Also that ad i posted does not take affect till tomorrow, Sunday.

Thanks for the info. I called my local Bestbuy and they did indeed have 3 in stock. I thought "what the heck" and had them set one aside for me and I went to pick it up tonight, fully expecting to pay 399$ but I get there and they have them priced at 499$. So yeah I'll be waiting til the ad goes into effect.

I know here in the South Florida area, the A150-1570 (120GB, XP home, 3-Cell Model) is listed in the Best Buy ad for 8/24 at $350.

Actually, they do have one on their website, you just have to google search the SKU- 8967335.

by the way, the first page lists a 160gig HD but the actual specs tab say 120gig.

Yeah, at the one in Salem the salesmen didn't even know about it. When I told him what I was looking for he brought me over to the Asus eee. I had to show him in the flyer what I was looking for. He even said "I wish we had one in display" :lol:

Got mine today . Our Best Buy (Davenport, IA) had them on display, but they only got three today at around 10 and by 10:15 two of them had been spoken for.
