Hi all Not sure have i the right forum for this question, anyway i bought a nearly new aspire 5935g online and all is fine with it except i try to set up fingerprint reader and the acer bio protection screen says i must complete the system wizard before fully utilize this application, when i click next i get account name Nick ( previous owner) and account password which i dont have , my question is there anyway i can reset this previous name / password to set up my settings i dont mind resetting laptop to factory settings if this will solve it. Thanks in advance
