4750G : Horizontal Lines and freeze

    I having problem with my laptop.. when im playing games or watching videos suddenly my laptop freeze plus horizontal appears like its flickering... also the sound is very creepy when it crashed.. i need to force shutdown my notebook to shutdown by holding the power button.. i'm having this problem ago before i send in nearby acer repair center.. now i got it back almost all parts repaired HDD, mainboard, and RAM replaced.. after it it happens again.. help me to fix this problem

    Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
    Model: Aspire 4750g
    BIOS: AcerSystem v2.2
    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2410M CPU @ 2.30GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.3GHz
    Memory: 8192MB RAM
    Page File: 3113MB used, 12949MB available
    Graphics : Nvidia GeForce GT 540M

    is my notebook overheated.. or the RAM is high? what are the possible answer and solutions.. i still have a warranty i could send it back again to acer ... but i want to know why this is happening?
