Wifi Problem in iOs 8

    Hi guys,

    I have a Wi-Fi problem after I upgraded my iPad Air to iOS 8 !! the usual speed test was giving me : downloading speed of 21Mbps and uploading speed of 4.4 Mbps, and after I upgraded the iOs version, downloading speed dropped to 2.9 Mbps and uploading speed to 0.47 Mbps.

    I've tried to reset my network setting but it doesn't change anything and doesn't improve the performance ...

    So is there anyway so I can turn my iPad to iOs 7.1.2 back again ?? any help is appreciated ! thank you
