    Hi; I purchsed the recovery disks from Acer for my Netbook Aspire One A150.

    It takes the system disk alright and asks for the recovery disk, but when it tries to partition the drive I get the following error: Oxf0000051 and it tells me to restart the computer.

    Of course now there is nothing there to restart so I don't know what to do.

    I really need help and I need this computer by the end of the week for work, and would appreciate any help anyone can give me.

    Thanks in advance

    Three threads for the same question?

    See if you can build this utility flash drive on a borrowed computer;
    http://www.ebooksbay.org/KezNews_Forum/ ... PE2.on.USB

    Then you will have plenty of tools to format the hard drive before re-installing from the system disks.
