I always hate it when new stuff comes out right after I get the "older" model. Thankfully it is basically the same as the 150 right? Just bigger with new trackpad?

Look at the spec's. It has bluetooth, ability to upgrade to 2GB ram, and possibly N280. I must say i'm a little surprised to not see wireless-N mentioned.
It's also not the same chassis. you couldn't put a 10" screen into the current model and have that much bezel, you can also tell by looking at the keyboard and noticing how much extras space there is on each side in comparison to the 8.9" model.

It sure is a cutie. I'll certainly wait for the debugging process before even thinking of selling mine.

Good news: It looks like the memory and HDD bays are accessible from the underside which should make upgrades much easer. (As most laptops are)

Yes it's easier now. no onboard memory instead it has 1 slot memory... support up to 2GB i think.
Great for user to upgrade the HDD ... e.g. to faster hdd, with bigger size.

Waiting for any touch screen kit for 10.1 inch for this baby.

The black colour looks nice, but that horrible green bit on the side spoils it. If there is capacity to upgrade to 2gb, then I guess it is a plus, but tbh I'm happy with my 1gb RAM AAO.

Bah, same 1024x600 on a bigger screen? :( The main reason I was looking forward to the new model was because I thought they'd upgrade the resolution. I'll stick with my 8.9 incher, thank you very much.

This is an incremental improvement only. I have the same feeling about my 8.9" screen. I think it will be good for new users, but I'll probably have to wait for the one that follows. By that time, who knows what the netbook world will look like.
