If you had to give your laptop a name, what name would you give it and why?
I would name her *ss kicker, lol. Why? Because in order to survive with me as your user, you must be a real *ss kicker Hhehehe! But seriously, I work online and I usually for several hours a day (on a good day I could work 12 hours or so!). So yeah, my laptop is a real *ss kicker in my eyes
I work about 12 hours or so on the laptop too. That is, unfortunately, the reason I believe my last laptop died. Paradoxically, it was the money I earned from doing that work that allowed me to buy another one. Go figure...
I will name it 'money making machine' since I use it to work online. It has brought in more cash than I can imagine.
Same here, only difference is my laptop didn't die, it just had to reire becuse I didn't take care of it properly (I broke 1 of the 3 USB ports, the second one stopped working on its own). So I only had one working USB port, and the laptop was getting bit hot during the summer. It still works tho Hence the name *ss kicker
That's a good one! I should name my new one the same after a few months, because this Toshiba Satellite laptops don't seem to have the best reputation of them all!
Small world! I was actually looking into getting a Toshiba Satellite when I was looking for laptop replacements. There was a deal at OfficeMax for a limited time, but there were none left. Is that Toshiba Satellite working well enough for you?
I would name my laptop Gold. Because I carry a lot of information on it, and pictures. So I have to treat it like it Gold
I'm going to name my laptop Mr. Tweetums, probably because it's an old model (really old), and it's running a bit slow with all the applications I have on it. But when you look at it from afar, sometimes, you'd get to feel that "d'aww" warmth in your chest that makes it adorably, well, odd. Kind of like what Mr. Ferguson gives you (the guy from Up). Hahaha
All my devices follow the same naming scheme. My desktop is named NOT-A-COMPUTER My phone is named NOT-AN-ANDROID My laptop is named NOT-A-LAPTOP I still don't know why people are confused when I tell them to connect to NOT-A-WIFI though.
What sites do you make money with? I have found a few sites like slicethepie.com which is offline right now.Good site but slow to get money is surveyspot.com. Chatabout is another site, but very slow to make money. I'm a writer so I have articles at hubpages and triond too that's also very slow for making money. I don't gamble.
I named my Toshiba Satellite -"Baby". I love her with all my heart she's truly my baby. She's stays faithful. I named my Acer Aspire E 17- "Cash Flow Workaholic." I spend up to 8-13 hours daily on this puppy stacking my (saving up) nuts (Mula) for the winter.
