Flicker-free laptop

[FONT=Arial][COLOR=rgb(51, 51, 51)][SIZE=13px]Hello, I am looking for a laptop (15,4 inch screen at most, semi-glossy preferably, IPS preferably (TN would do though), whatever resolution, under 1200 dollars) with a screen being flicker-free (no PWM) throughout the whole range of brightness. Do you know of any such laptops? As flicker causes me great discomfort, migraine, eye sore etc. Cheers![/SIZE][/COLOR][/FONT]
