I really miss XP, but I would never choose it over W7 for three reasons: Security, functionality, and compatibility.

With that said, our university still uses XP in a lot of their computers. Maybe this is why.

Is there really an advantage of using XP in this day and age?

Rest in peace Windows XP. You were like a friend to me. I hope Windows 10 will be like him.

Amen to that. I used to be a huge XP fanboy, but eventually I realized Windows 7 is just plain better in virtually all aspects. And with even more Windows versions on the way, I might have to ditch Win7 as well pretty soon. Technology is advancing and we can't fall behind, unfortunately...

Win xp was great, I loved the fact I could play reversi.... you could find it at the game section of the start menu. Those were the days! I wish they added something similar to win 10... you could play with people from all over the world. So cool! Great way to kill time while doing something else.
