acer aspire one/help

    hi,my acer aspire one has froze when you turn it on it sticks on a blue screen,wont go any further,and wont turn off,its new,been working ok,thank you.help

    okay.
    you have to hold the start button and F2
    that worked for me,im not sure it will work for you
    try it out.
